Use Carib Jamaican HOT Jerk Seasoning on pork, chicken and fish. Delicious and flavorful!
HOW TO USE: Use 1-2 teaspoons of Carib HOT jerk seasoning per pound of meat and marinade for at least 1 hour prior to cooking (overnight for best results). Soy sauce may be added for extra flavor and color. Grill slowly, turning often, or bake in oven at 300 degrees F.
